At Norwegian Biolabs, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee on unopened products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any sealed, unopened product within 90 days of your billing date for a full refund of the product price.
Return & Exchange Instructions
Refunds & Exchanges
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@norwegianbiolabs.com to request an Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number (EMA#) and receive the return address.
- Send Your Return: Return the unopened and sealed product, along with the original invoice or EMA#, to ensure smooth processing. If you’d like to exchange your product for another Norwegian Biolabs product of equal or lesser value, please specify your preferred replacement.
- Exchanges: We offer exchanges for unopened products within 90 days. Shipping for exchanges is free, and all exchanges are final.
Important Information
- We cannot accept returns on opened bottles where the seal is broken. Only unopened, sealed products are eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to prevent delays.
- Packages that are refused or undeliverable will be refunded minus any shipping costs incurred.
- Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving your return. It may take up to 5 business days for your bank to process the refund to your original payment method.
