Shipping policy
Regardless of product or price, we offer free shipping!
Items in stock are shipped within 3 business days from the day we receive your order. Depending on your destination and product availability your parcel will be shipped from our distribution center in the Netherlands or the United Kingdom.
Delivery times depend on the location and will be provided at checkout. Once the parcel has been sent you will receive an email and/or text message with a tracking number, so you can see where the package is at any time. In addition, you will receive an SMS/email when your package is ready for pickup if there is no space in your mailbox.
